    I just had a horrible experience with this company. I will explain more at a later date. The service men were professional and extremely polite. I found the owner greedy. he made a mistake on my quote, which was not my fault, and then started at an extra charges. I cannot elaborate at this moment but I will in the ************ clear. Really too bad because the technicians were unbelievably polite!!!

    In July of 2023 my elderly mother had a small drip under her sink. She bought a new faucet thinking that was the problem. She called 3R plumbing and mechanical, they came out looked at the sink and told her they would send an estimate for the drip and installation of the new faucet that she purchased. She scheduled a time for service thinking she would get an estimate first. They employees showed up on the scheduled day unpacked their tools but provided no quote, she again requested a quote, the worker went to company vehicle in her driveway to call the owner for a quote. He came back and quoted $1000 to replace the faucet and repair the leak. She was stunned at the price for the job, but felt immense pressure to accept the quote as they had already unpacked their tools. While they were doing the work they told her they couldnt shut off the hot and cold water as the valves were old and would not turn off. They told her it would be an additional $600 to replace the hot and cold valves and an additional ball valve to drain the pipes???? Since they were already under the sink and had stared the job, she again felt immense pressure to comply to get the job done. So, 2 hours of work, 3 standard valves, and approximately 2 feet of copper pipe cost my mom $1600. I went and spoke to the owner and told him that I was offended by the price he chose to charge my mother for that job, and that he basically extorted an elderly woman. After over an hour conversation with the owner, he took two weeks to send me an email and agreed to take $150 off the price if I would put a sign on my front lawn promoting him and give him a good review. To me this is a slap in the face and I would never do that. I suggest everybody stay clear of this company, especially if you have an elderly parent or family member needing any plumbing work done. 3 valves, 2 feet of copper pipe, 2 hours of work being done by 2 plumbers(One being an apprentice) does not constitute a $1600 bill.
