    CLC did work to address some deferred maintenance and to take off, extend and construct a new farmers porch on my 1870s farmhouse. I am so pleased with the final product, largely due to Charles insistence on making sure I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. As with any old house we hit some snags but Charles walked me through the issues, suggested solutions and his team addressed everything quickly and completely. The workmanship and attention to detail was on point throughout the project. I absolutely hope to have CLC back to do more enhancements in the future.

    Charles and team did an amazing job building an addition including a bedroom, walk-in bathroom, closet and porch with handicap accessible ramp. He did great work coordinating with us, the architect, and numerous subcontractors to build an amazing handicap accessible and accommodating space for our daughter. The quality of work is top-notch and Charles is very professional.

    When you hire Charles, you are hiring a friend not a contractor, he went above and beyond to make sure everything is more than perfect, my screened in porch is iconic piece I couldn't ask for more, he also guaranteed his work and looking forward to hire him in the future. Highly recommended

    CL Carpentry constructed an elevated, second story deck off the back of my home. Craftsmanship was superb, they were extremely responsive to all my inquiries, and the work was completed in a timely fashion despite the fact they were working against adverse winter conditions most days. I would recommend them highly and without hesitation.

    The CL Carpentry team did an excellent job rebuilding our broken-down old basement bulkhead. Their communication was clear, appropriate, and timely. When, as the project progressed, they found issues that none of us expected, they stopped to consult with us, giving us their best suggestions, but leaving the final decisions to us. This team is incredibly easy to work with. They show up when they say they will, follow through with excellent work, and then clean up after themselves. Highly recommended.

    Could not of had a better experience working with CL Carpentry. Everything from the start to finish of the project was great. They worked with me to bring the project from a simple sketch to reality and walked me through anything I asked and was what you'd hope from a contractor.
