    I requested gutters on my home and asked they use their expertise to install where necessary. After the install I realized they only installed on the top story with no downspout. I requested a downspout be installed. They also left a piece of old gutter hanging off my house. I requested they please clean the site and remedy the issue. I was very specific I did not want the downspout running in my roof but over the side. I was not living in the house at the time and when I finally moved in I saw my request was ignored. Additionally I trusted their expertise to install gutters where necessary which they failed to do. The lower roof in the front of my house had gutters previously and bow does not. It accumulated large icicles and created ice build up on my front steps. I would like them to properly install my gutters with safety in mind covering the lower roof sections also and run my downspout off of my brand new roof.
