      I had dropped a head unit to auto sound to be repaired under warranty. I had spent collectively over $3000 with this company. The date is dropping my head unit off I was informed via a phone call that it needed to go to *********** factory in ******** for repair. I had told the owner I wanted to purchase a $600 **** head unit the same day and asked him to send my older head unit for repair. I. Ever received any phone call from them despite trying to reach out multiple times and have received the run around from both owners. I just want my head unit back that I paid my hard earned money for. Auto sound stole my head unit.

      I am not sure why this complaint was filed.  The customer and the store communicated, and we gave the customer a brand new radio in the box for the trouble.
