Well it started with "Cowboy ***" typical sleezy used car salesman type" at first he was nice, very polite. It all started after I bought my ** from ****'s **. We had agreed on a pick up date at the ** show in **************. I arrived (on April 5th) to find poor access to the parking lot due to R V's and other customer cars everywhere in the half paved and half not paved driveway/parking lot. I started my orientation and noticed factory stickers, mud on the outside and inside of my "brand new rv", still grease pen number on windows. I was suppose to have a tv mounted in the bedroom and it was not. The employee identified that a cabinet was crooked and that the fire place didn't work correctly. After orientation was complete I refused to take delivery until it was ready. I explained to them I had a trip planned for June 2nd. The assured me that it would be ready, and AGAIN agreed on a pick up day May 30th at noon. On my down to pick up my ** on May 30th, at approx. 1145am I got a phone stating my trailer wasn't and will not be ready on the agreed upon time and date. They explained that they had found more things to fix, I asked why I was just getting the phone call about it just 45 minutes prior to pick-up and the gentleman I talked to didn't know. Finally got a phone call from a man identifying himself as a manager and that he would drop off my camper to my house. He was very apologetic and polite. My camper still showed up dirty, same factory stickers, grease pencil marking on windows saw dust in bedroom on floor, bed, in cabinets and behind recliners. Tv (cheapest version available) was mounted but no cord was provided and remote and base was missing also. ***** was looking into it but all I got was to go by a generic remote and they would reimburse me. I didn't know there is such a thing as a "short queen" they assured me it was a regular one, again lied to. So think twice BEFORE you by here...once they get your money, you are pretty much dead to them......
