New Construction, moved in 10/2019 and from day one grout crumbling and falling out of tile floors. Can't vaccum without grout pulling out. Three attempts made to Correct but still having the same problem and the tiles are cracking and loose. On June 24, 2022 the Builder and the tile man came and looked once again at the problem and stated that it "must have been a bad batch of grout". Set up appointment to do 2 bathrooms on July 13, showed up half hour late and did only one bathroom and left at 2:00 PM. Stated he would be back on Friday July 15, but was NO SHOW. Texted him, called him, and no response from either. Contacted the builder and 3 hours later got a text from tile man stating he had a Family Emergency!! and he would be in touch to reschedule. Still no word on 7/20/2022 so I texted him again "STILL WAITING" and he responded with pick a date first week in August and he would be here at 8:30 AM. NO SHOW or call, text again. So here I am waiting again and my floors are in deplorable shape.

    To whom this may concern,

I was never hired by *********************** to do any work at her place of residence by her. I did the initial job for namasket llc. And it was just the labor. I didnt do any of the prep work for the install or supply any materials. I understand her frustration with the situation but that is between ****** and the builder. I am trying to resolve the problem for namasket llc weve done two bathrooms so far. This complaint is not valid in my opinion and does not represent the workings of my company.
