    ******* Sawyer / MC Sawyer *********************************************** did a Remodel at our house. He took a substantial amount of money that we had paid him and decided after receiving the money to WALK OFF THE ***** We took him to Small Claims Court we won the case. However Trying to Collect from this DEADBEAT is another story. He has failed to obey the courts findings and to this day 9-19-23 still avoids the issue at hand. Come to find out after doing some research he is not even Licensed as a builder / contractor. DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH M.C. SAWYER you will not be satisfied and he will just take advantage of you and your money.

    This is a very sad length of a customer to go to.  I was physically attacked by her husband when he was heavily intoxicated and after problems getting paid timely by these persons with a massive accumulation of work outside the agreed contract which was absorbed 100% by myself amounting to over $10,000 in time and material- this was the last straw and only time i can ever remember having to cancel a contract after the assault
