    I had the worst customer service experience with the owner of this business. I came in a week after buying dance shoes for my daughter she needed a different style than the ones sold to me all I was trying to do was exchange them. The owner was immediately aggressive towards me and started yelling in my face in front of two customers, his employee, my daughter and two other children. He didnt even try to have a polite conversation with me at all and treated me like I was nothing.

    I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our store. We are proud of our 32 year retail history with outstanding customer service. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and it's disappointing to hear that you feel we fell short on this occasion. The encounter you described sounds very out of character for any of my staff.

    Upon further investigation, it appears you were trying to exchange/return a worn pair of tap shoes without a box, demanding that my staff can get a box from the back, and refusing to leave the store when you were told we couldnt accept the exchange as the shoe was worn.

    I do apologize if you feel you were mistreated.
