    I physically went to his shop, with my dad, on Oct 11, 2022, to pick out, design and order a stone for my mom. He **** a sketch. It took months and many trips to the shop to get a mock up. On July 17, 2023, I received a mock up and contract, stating 60 to 90 days to deliver. On July 24, 2023 he called to confirm he received the contract and deposit and would get started on it. Sept 19, 2023 I called to follow up, left message. He returned the call on the 20th and stated he was about half way done. Nov 16th I called to follow up, again on the 30th, he returned the call on Dec 1st, and stated it should be all set next week. Dec 14th I called to follow up again, left message, no reply. I tried to call again on Dec 22, and there is no answer or machine

    I just completed speaking with *************************. She has agreed to give me as much time that I need, to complete the work, in making the monument. I explained that I will be having a loose time frame. I will be making the monument, through the winter, and I will be setting it some time in the winter.  Thank you Nic in listening to me, and being able to with your help.   **********************

    Paid ****** in February for a headstone for my mother's grave, was told numerous time that it would bee finished next (week) that was 7 months ago they do not answer the phone or return messages..All I want is my mother's gravestone
