    Moved in with a cracked window pane and bathroom flooding (about 1" water) every time it rains. Black mold grew. It took 3 other units experiencing breathing issues for something to be done. One year later, leak was finally fixed, and mold repairs were scheduled to be in 6 days. Today, roof repair men climbed the roof and onto my porch while I was in a bathing suit and terrified me. They followed me when I went to go inside to get dressed. This is UNACCEPTABLE with no expectation of privacy or safe living conditions. No warning on work being done. My cracked window was ordered 10 months ago but never replaced. The management team sends repair men to the wrong buildings. Management is slow to answer. My smoke detectors are over 10 years old and I've reported this to the board of health.

    I live at ********* onset ************* my floor has been breaking into sharp pieces due to structural issues. Took almost a year to be addressed I was left with no use of kitchen for a week while work was slowly done. Work got done without addressing the structural issue now floor is broke week later already. Came back took my floor back up with tge promise of coming back tomorrow and never showed up. Trash hasn't been picked up for a complex with 30 apartments since december13th 2023. Have been getting txt messages saying trash will definetly be picked up just to find out from republic trash that they will not be picking it up ********************* is the one making the bad decisions and effecting our right to enjoy peace. Water heater has gone out atheist 6 times due to structural issues and all they do is reset heater until it happens again and I can do dishes or bath for over 24 hours sometimes. Again structural issues not being fixed just putting a bandaid on safety issues
