      i did every effort to help them out and they wonted the outdoor unit replaced, and the manufacture will not do that after 2 years that is York warranty. (i attached the manufacture warranty) and i always will honor a manufacture warranty they wanted to go with another company so I could not help them out as far as the service calls i didn't supply the thermostat that had malfunction so that waws not my fault and the hot water heater didn't work because the drain plugged up which is a normal service problem, they stated that they also didn't want me to go out there and fix the issue i have owed my biasness for 17 years and always resolved customer issue unfortunately i couldn't  resolve this issue
