I paid $280 to **************** to install my brand new Dishwasher (12/15/2022, Check image attached).Mr Books did a faulty instalation. He did not wire the machine correctly, he used tape to connect the wires. A couple of days later, the wires got loose and the machine stopped working.**************** also installed the bottom part upside down- because the part did not fit, he glued it in place, damaging the piece.I had to call the service team at Best Buy (where I purchased the machine) to come and redo the installation (pictures attached).I am seeking a refund for the amount that I paid ****************.

Heart Work Construction came to my house to do work in my kitchen (contract signed 11/30/2022), and broke one of my patio door window panels. They have never repaired it. Almost a year later, the glass is still holding with tape. I request a repair.

Complaint ID #****************** **** complains about a piece of glass in an antique screen door insert. This was free work I found the insert down her basement, she didnt even know she had it . I put it in and this glass had a crack in it when I found it. Asking for $30 for installation and repair she said no. And got free installation. When I tried to fix it this month she was yelling and screaming and wouldnt let me fix the hall for free. She is being unreasonable.

*************** broke the glass panel on my door and did not replace it for over a year. I had it repaired recently- the bill is attached ($293). I am asking for **************** to pay the bill for the damage that he caused to my property while working in my house.
