      I booked 2 nights 23 and ****************************** law to stay at the hotel and then noticed on Saturday that I has been charged for the 25th . I got an email to confirm the 2 nights.Called the hotel on Monday morning and talked to ***** and she said she would have someone call me back but nobody called back till Tuesday {not *****} and was not very pleasant and said I had booked 3 nights and that my brother in law must have given his key to someone else to use on the Friday night, asked to talk to a manager but did not get one. I then called the head office in ** and they were not very helpful, said they could see that I booked 3 nights and I said I have an email for 2 nights, some one is lying. I was charged $324.74 for the 2 nights and then see a second charge for $158 for the Friday night. This should not be.

The general manager will contact the guest on or before September 3, 2023. As a company, were committed to delivering a great experience with every stay with us.
