      As others have explained. No one answers calls. They even removed their page for reviews on ******* Do not get insurance from Arbella ever. You are better off with a company you've never heard of. 4 months for a basic claim that was resolved with geico in 10 days. Jooooooke of a company.

      I was rear-ended by one of their insured drivers over 3 weeks ago. I filed an online, third-party claim the day after the accident, then nothing. I called for an update two days after filing and was given the name of an adjuster. I reached out to the person, no returned phone calls, no returned emails. I sent a detailed estimate of the damage, no response. They sent me a hard copy claim information form that I filled out immediately and sent back with a copy of the police report citing their driver. No response. I've called and emailed and requested updates, no response. Am now moving into litigation against them.

      Hotrible customer service. Our claims adjuster never returned phone calls or emails. This dragged on for over six weeks. We had no idea what was happening with our claim. Ended up eacalating to her supervisor who was more accessible but not much more (took an average of leaving three or four messages over the couse of a week before hed return calls).Do not recommend. Go anywhwre else.

      Worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life. I am a Senior Customer Representative and theres no way your allowed to talk over a customer the way your representative ******** did/does. She constantly talks over the customer and claims its due to a delay, if you as a rep realize theres a delay thats when you should now acknowledge and allow the customer to speak before you interrupt again due to the delay. I also find it really odd I cant get a confirmation or reference number for my claim I put in today as well, I jus hope all your paying customers don't get this type of customer service experience and feel like its a argument just to get some help or be spoken to with respect.

      Terrible. Should spend more time addressing customer service issues and less investing on social media facade. Got rear ended by one of their policy owners, and receive more of the same as these other reviews. You try and be patient and compassionate, and not go after people with lawyers, but on the verge of seeking representation.

      Horrible company. I have had home owners and auto policies for YEARS. I have been dealing with a sick parent out of state and was late on a few recent payments so they are ceasing to continue *********. 10 years of on time payments means nothing to them. I had tried to get the app but it never works and I can't store a payment method but I am at fault. Good Riddance. Zero customer service. Zero compassion. What a pathetic excuse of a company.

      My wife and I were canceled by Arbella for 2 cancelations in a year because we were late making payments. We work week to week, in this economy of high gas, food prices, everything doubling in prices, high prices for insurance, and taxes to name a few. My wife and I have great Credit scores of 750 or better. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ARBELLA TO ANYONE! THEY ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT FAMILIES, JUST THEIR POCKET!

      Run while you can! Arbella Mutual lacks communication and professionalism. Someone who is insured through this company rear ended me and I have been working with them on a claim. I called my appraiser over 3 weeks ago and left a message and still have not received any response. His bosses number was in his voicemail so I decided to try giving him a call. I got his voicemail as well which stated he was out of the office until SeptemberI called in February. Still no response so I called the main customer service line and asked how to get in touch with my appraiser and i was told I dont know. I understand if youre new, but normally if you dont know you try to find an answer from your boss. You can never work with the same claim adjuster either. You have to call the main line and explain your situation to someone new every single time because as I stayed, no one else will ever get back to you. I had told the shop to hold off on repairs because I wanted to see why this vehicle was not totaled after its 3rd accident and the damage being over $8,000. Both the shop and I were shocked that over 3 weeks I still cant get ahold of ***. The customer service in this ********************** is hands down awful and I suggest everyone gives their business elsewhere!

      FN TRASH COMPANY. Switched my payment method in October. Assumed everything was fine. December rolls around and I get a "Payment Reminder" phone call. I thought it was kind of odd so I asked the associate if I was enrolled in auto-pay - they confirmed I was. Asked what payment method was on file - associate confirmed the correct payment method was on file. Yesterday 1/10 I got a letter in the mail from the *** telling me that my registration will be suspended on 1/13 for non-payment of insurance. I called Arbella and was told my grace ****** had run out. WHAT grace ******? Why would I be put on a grace ****** without being notified. No emails. No calls just a payment reminder. WTF is going on over there? So now I'm considered a "high risk driver" to other companies because Arbella can't be bothered to pick up the phone and call a loyal customer. Never missed a payment before this blunder.

      Ended up having a total loss it's my fault that I didn't return the plate in time so I had to pay for a car I didn't have but when I called I found out that I was paying for another car I never even bought never registered no plates but it was insured by me when somebody else owns it. My policy renews in November with my last car not happening I'm going somewhere else and I suggest everybody else to go somewhere else too
