    They took over a month to get things moving. I have pain in my shoulder and am barely sleeping and finally after taking forever to do so I was able to get an appointment. Literally the day of (and mind you it took over a month for the appointment) they cancel it a few hours before it. Now it should be fun to see how long it takes to get a new appointment.

    Made appointment for 2:****** text in morning mri at 3.Called office for I had scheduled medical transport for 4.I was assured I would be through byn4. NO IT WAS 4:30. TRANSPORT COULD HAVE LEFT!.TRIED TO USE PORTAL. WILL NOT ZCCEPT ACCESS CODE. HELP LINE USELESS.I HAVE BEEN A COMPUTER TEACHER.NEVER TO RETURN.. OH YES AND OUR INFORMATION HAS BEEN COMPRISED FROM PAST VISIT

    Went for an MRI. Changed into their scrubs.Forgot I had my glasses on. The tech reminded me. Put them down on the bench on the changing room.never saw them again . Asked for footage because I knew they were missing as soon as my mri was finished. I didnt even leave the building yet when I realized I didnt have them. Went back to the room and nothing. Spoke with the manager and asked for footage because obviously the tech took them, it was just me and her back there. Due to Covid only one patient at a time. My $875 glasses that I just bought in December are gone.
