    I have called numerous times regarding a monitoring problem. My payments are current and yet I have not once received a call back. We are long term customers and are quite frustrated with the lack of response from this company. Wiring was affected following the immense rainstorm two weeks ago.

    We have been a client of Northern Security Alarm Systems since 2007. We recently moved homes and have contacted the company, Northern Security, eight times between my calls and my husband's. We reach the answering service each time and they offer to pass the message along to the owner, ****, that we are looking to have our alarm service shut off. This has been going on for 3+ weeks with no call back. We have tried the cell phone we have for ******************* but it is out of service *************). We have inquired with the answering service whether the company is still in business and they have told ** it is still operating. All we are asking is for our alarm to be turned off and to discontinue the monitoring. We are current on payments for monitoring. Thank you very much. *************************

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Thank you again for any help.  I have not received anything from Northern Security **************
