    This company doesn't deserve a single star. This is my second issue with Granite. **************** is terrible. This last issue i was on hold for 3+ hrs trying to reach the ************** to have the issue fixed remotely that i was originally told would be resolved in 24hrs....here i am 144+ hrs and still not resolved

    Im giving five stars because my experience with granite tech is very satisfying . The technician who came to the office to fix our internet did a very good job. He is knowledgeable and very professional. He did it very quickly no time wasted. His name is ***** ***** , and ****** who helped us too with the router. Both are very nice polite and very good workers !!

    Worst customer service I've dealt with in my career over 30 years. For MONTHS they sent us invoices for $0. We called, we emailed constantly to resolve. Granite could not resolve. After a year, we get an invoice for over $6,000 and get threatened with going to collections. After at least a dozen calls and emails, we agreed to a final settlement, which we paid on the spot. I received a $0 statement. Case closed? No - they just sent me another invoice and have added late fees. Complete crooks or totally incompetent. Either way AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

    Granite is absolutely terrible to work with. It takes several attempts to get address changes made. It is also difficult to get them so send a provider out to fix problems. If you are looking for telecommunications service Granite is not for you.

    If I could give negative stars I would. This was by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible and the billing is the most confusing I have ever dealt with.

    I had never heard of this company until I got a bill from them. I did not sign up with them and have no idea how my *********** account got hijacked. Called the customer service number on the bill and they said call billing the next day. I have not called yet. I may call Colorado PUC but I am not sure they handle this.

    I did not sign up for granite phone service. I just received a bill in the mail.After calling granite about this they mentioned the someone I had never heard of started the service. Is this company hijacking accounts from other phone companies. Dealing with this problem now.

    We received overage charges 8 times our normal bill, I was told it did look strange and that I'd get answers 'as soon as possible'. I didn't hear back from anyone until I requested to cancel our account. I was then simply told "the charges are valid" with other questions going unanswered like which phone line went over the normal usage. Using the portal is a nightmare too. Stay away.

    They advertise a 5-10 business day installation, and we have been waiting about 3 months for the installation to be complete. The sales **** and account managers cc others on emails and nobody responds. *** support passes the **** and says to contact the sales rep. ****** to get the internet installed or moved is excruciating. Nobody takes responsibility for SLAs. If you do have internet installed, their dispatch rates are horrendously expensive if you want it fixed in a timeframe that every other ISP can do within 24 hours for free. And then the monthly costs for absolutely terribly slow internet is a joke. Any other major provider, either coax or fiber offers hundreds of megabits for at or less than $100 while granite charges nearly $200 for slow shared networking at max 20mbps. This place is a scam and unfortunately, a lot of landlords use them EXCLUSIVELY for the internet on their property so you have no other choice than go to through them. I'd advise, if you can get 5G wireless and a good antenna have chose not have anything to do with Granite, ever.
