5 starsMy church has used Raynham House Painting for two major projects. I am chairman of the Trustees at the church in charge of the projects. The church was very happy with the quality of the work, the price and timeliness of everything contracted. Raynham House Painting *** is worthy of the highest five star rating. From the initial meeting to the day of the final project the process was well advised and communication was excellent. A proposal clearly stated the process and pricing. When I struggled making a color choice the owner provided me with sample boards in various colors which were very helpful to make the final color decision. The entire crew was professional and the workmanship was superb. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them. We painted an area that included a hall area, formal staircase, kitchen and family room. The kitchen had beautiful creme colored cabinets on a portion of two walls and an island. We used two wall colors through out the space, one as an accent color on the two kitchen walls that complimented the cabinets, the second color a neutral that tied the entire **************. We have been using Raynham Housepainting for our painting needs for the past 18 years. During that time we've had them paint our finished basement, living room (several times with wall color change, kitchen and dining room, upstairs hallway and all ceilings. They we/re always arrived on time, always very pleasant and very. very knowledgeable about paints, colors, and suggestions. We additionallyu bhad them paint our house exterior a couple of weeks ago, and, as always did an EXCELLENT job. They always arrived when they said they would and NEVER over the past 18 years did they no show up. We also hired them a few years ago to do some interior house painting for one of our kids who had just purchased a house in the area. They only use the best quality paints and are good with their color suggestions for each specific project. So, in summary if you want someone who shows up when they say they will, offers professional suggestions about your project, then Raynham House Painting is your Company. ***** the owner, and his employees are a pleasure to have doing my painting needs. Hire them and I'm confident you'll be happy with the finished project. BTW, they don't ever leave a mess or half work, Eighteen plus years tells me so. A++Raynham House Painting

The business formula is pretty simple...surpass expectations on every project. I've seen various contractors in all trades on my customers' property as well as my own. ***** mentions a 'wait list', its true, we are usually booked out 4 weeks. Keeping up with consumer demand continues due to the shortage of talented and motivated labor pool. Along with painting the trim, we deep cleaned the cedar siding shingles on the north side of the house. We apply Cabots bleaching stain which produces the Cape style silver tone look.Review fromMatt

I have a lot I want to say about Raynham House Painting, as they did such a terrific job and I feel they deserve a thorough review. I can honestly say that in my 11 years of owning a home, my experience with them was the very best in a long list of contractors I had hired since moving in. The job they did was great, but there were so many facets that I want to touch upon.Professionalism: I called Raynham House Painting on a Friday and ***** was able to come out right away and look at the attic (I was in the process of having my attic finished by a different general contractor). We showed him a paint swatch we liked from *********** He provided insight on how he felt the ceilings and trim should be painted to provide the right contrast with the paint we chose. I could tell he had a lot of industry experience and that he knew what he was talking about. He delivered the estimate on my front porch two days later (on a Sunday) and included a larger canvas with the color we liked in a ******************************* version. The color matched perfectly, and we were able to hold that canvas up to the wall to get a better idea of what the walls would look like. The estimate itself was less than a competing quote we received, and in the end, ***** took off $200 as they did not need as much paint as he anticipated.Communication: ***** did a great job with communication. I knew when to expect them each morning, had an idea of how long they would work for, and knew which days they expected to finish. For whatever the reason, most contractors fall in this category, despite modern technology making communication simpler than it has ever been in the course of human history.Workmanship: The job they did was great. The advice ***** had on how to paint the trim and ceiling made the color of the walls look amazing. They even touched up paint on my second floor that the attic contractors had chipped during their construction. They labeled cans of remaining paint in the event I have touchups that are needed in the future. All the workers brought a second pair of shoes just for the house as to not dirty my carpets, and they also put down cloth on all the carpets before they started any work.Courteousness: ***** made a point to introduce himself to my wife, who had been in the other room when he first came by for an estimate. They all got along well with my dog. I received a thank you note from the company after the job was completed. They were quiet while working and not disruptive. My wife and I both work from home, and it was refreshing to work with contractors that went about their role without constantly interrupting calls and meetings with questions.Again, I can't stress enough, but these guys are the best. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. I will be calling them again the next time I am looking to have painting done.Raynham House Painting
