I purchased a used ** from Campers Inn of Raynham after clearly stating that I would be living in the unit full-time and have serious mold and environmental sensitivities. I was given repeated verbal assurances that the ** had been fully inspected, was safe, clean, and in excellent condition. Upon delivery, it was immediately clear that this was not true. Several major systems were not functioning on day one. More concerning, the ** showed clear signs of a long-term rodent infestationdroppings in cabinets and vents, chewed materials, and structural areas packed with spray foam, wire mesh, and scent packs clearly placed to cover up contamination. These issues were never disclosed before the sale. A licensed exterminator confirmed it was a long-term infestation. I also obtained a statement from the previous owner confirming there were no rodent problems when it was traded inmeaning the infestation occurred while it sat on Campers Inns lot for over a year. Despite this, the dealership made no effort to resolve the situation. I received vague replies, dismissiveness, and eventually complete silence. The General Manager, **** Person, stopped responding entirely after I presented clear evidence and asked direct questions.Rather than take accountability, Campers Inn attempted to reframe the situation, downplay its severity, and fall back on an as-is sign-off sheet thaton top of everythinglisted the wrong make and model, raising questions about the paperworks validity. This wasnt simple negligence. This was a failure of basic ethics and honesty. They knowingly sold a contaminated, unsafe unit and walked away when confronted. I strongly urge others to avoid this dealership.

Wish I had read review before we bought from ********** in Raynham. They sold us a pull behind Transcend 265BH in June of 2023 we asked them numerous times if the truck **** F150 2 wheel drive would pull this, we were worried about the weight and every time were told no problem. Our drive home was SCARY it felt like the front wheels were coming off the road. Still excited about our purchase we took a trip that weekend we couldn't go over 47 MPH and it was SCARY again not safe on the road. When we got home the two doors would not close and we noticed that the weight distribution bar had shifted and was put on incorrectly we informed Campers Inn, they came to house and picked up **. Numerous call to Raynham and corporate have got us nowhere, a year later they still have possession of **. They said they would have to depreciate the ** by $10,000 which was unacceptable, now they don't want to work with us at all HORRIBLE experience. Don't buy from these people its been the worst experience. They lied to us about the weight our truck could carry and we believe that the frame is bent because of the incorrect installation of the weight distribution bar. All they wanted was a sale, couldn't care about us

We are beyond disappointed in this location. We. bought a ************ camper in the fall of 2022 and brought it home. We then tried to winterize it realizing that the toilet seals wouldn't hold the water/solutions. We brought it back to service and they have had it since Nov 2022. We have tried getting it back for the last 5 months. It is still in service and they are ordering parts for a recall on the slide outs. Campers Inn said they ordered parts and had them expedited and then ************ confirmed that there was no expedite on the parts. Now they received some of the parts and now need to order more parts. They continue to tell ** each week that they are pulling it in for service and should be a day or two. Yet, there are still parts to be ordered and we are told once again there is a hold and then they are pulling it in for service. Summer is coming and this is getting ridiculous. We need a loaner camper or our camper back for the summer. We have family vacations planned and there seems to be no real urgency on their end. I want a due date on the completion and stop being led along.
