    I received a solitation call from **** Property Solutions. They sold me on how well they do in providing mortgage loan officers solid leads. I listen to the spiel from ********************* on their conversion rate, the quality of their leads and that I would be getting leads for the specific counties I was buying in. Additionally, I would receive other counties for free.********************* Home Property Solutions National Account Manager Direct Line ************** I reached out to ****, left a voicemail on 8/25/2023. No call back but I got and email stating they were not going to reimburse me my. The said that on their receipt it states no refunds, that is after I paid for their services that have not been delivered. I don't get quality leads and a few of the people who did pick up after filling out a form have no idea why I am calling.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Other than they are not refunding my money.  I sent this in my initialcomplaint.  There was  no mention of not receiving a refund only on the paid receipt.

    This is bad business, there has to be something consumers can do to prevent this from happening.

    On June 6, 2023 I paid ***************************** $3850 for attic spray insulation. His contract included patching the holes that were made with joint compound. He patched the holes and now the joint compound is cracking and caving into the walls. He did not use any joint tape to cover the holes and that is why it is not sealing the holes. I asked him to come back and repair the holes and he said he was not a painter even though it states it on his estimate and company logo. I told him I was not happy and I would file in small claims court if he didn't repair the shoddy work. At that point he hung up on me and no longer responds to my calls or text messages.
