    Date was 12/28-12.29 my experience at my wedding regarding the manager, *****, who made what should have been a joyous occasion a nightmare.The night before my wedding, I received a call from ***** unleashed a barrage of lies ,untrue statements made me cry . His vulgar language and threatening demeanor were shocking and completely unwarranted.his behavior continued The following ***, ***** continued to speak poorly about me. My son-in-law, initially thinking I might beoverreacting, quickly realized the truth about ******* .He made baseless threats regarding payment, claiming I hadn't paid when I had paid in full . He threatened to cancel the bar service unless I paid him more money, offering discounts if I paid in cash. I chose this venue because of the discounted rate agreed upon and I had a signed contract I paid for 95 guests and even extra for an overnight stay which I refused to stay Additionally, I paid for a hot chocolate bar that never came. ***** continued to create an uncomfortable making embarrassing comments to my friends and family.I couldn't enjoy my day or eat anything because of the anxiety he caused. I was in bathroom, sitting down most of the morning to evening overwhelmed by his aggressive behavior. ***** came to support me while I was getting ready, I finally felt a sense of safety amidst the chaos.***** was wrongfully fired by him only trying to help, ******* actions not only harmed my experience but is ruing their reputation. His behavior needs to be addressed, and I believe his family should be made aware of it to prevent this from ever happening to others. ***** has acted this way before,other reviews which is concerning. My family and I put a lot of money and time into making this day special, yet I spent most of it worrying about ******* behavior. We were prepared to call the police if necessary. *****, who was incredibly supportive throughout the planning process, and to *****, Their efforts stood out amid the turmoil caused by *****.

    I have heard from the business in response to my complaint. 

    they are asking me what Im looking for. Im hearing from the one  of the girls that helped me in the beginning.

    Im not sure what to do because since I filed a complaint, he had threatened me through texting. He denied it, but we had to get the police involved.
