    ******** **** I purchased a vehicle from A&P Auto Sales Rehoboth ************* on October 2nd 2024 I had an issue with the two back tires one was dry rot the other one had a little ***** in it he's at all they're okay they're fine he commented it's a used vehicle $5,000 by as is then we had an issue with the passenger side window it was not working correctly you had to push the switch up and down up before would work maybe it needed a new switch so I said okay the two tires were dangerous even the the inspection statioColumbus Energies Swansea Mass said they weren't the greatest tires i tried to call AP wouldn't answer following day the windows in the rear weren't working also window wash not working thought it was empty I filled it up with fluid still wouldn't working. January 20th 2025 wanted to get new tires for the front the mechanic could not get the lug nuts off come to find out you had to take the tire off and the wheel well in order to get to the reserve for the window wash so AP AUTO SALES said once I leave the lot it's my problem well these problems were there before I purchased the vehicle I understand you buy something used you going to run into some problems not the day you buy also the ** doesn't work but he said he would fix that a gentleman's agreement we'll see So let's see problem with the vehicle 1) rear windows dont work 2) problem with the rear tires but I fix that 3) we have no ** 4) window wash needs to be fixed 5) can't get lug nuts off to replace the tires or fix the brakes or whatever else is needed Also I'm on Social Security disability I have no money I had to refinance my home in order to purchase this vehicle so $5,000 is a lot of money for me so quote and quote what do you want for $5,000 I want a car that I can drive and not have any problems as soon as I leave the lot
