    Had Certapro Painters come to the house to pain the exterior in July 2021 However, I have been in touch with the branch within ******************************* early Summer 2022 to return and fixed peeling paint and poor workmanship. A representative from the branch came out in June 2022, took notes and assured me it would be fixed within 2/3 week. No one came out to remedy the situation nor have they been in tough with me. We paid ******** in full. I have the contract but there is no order number. I would like preferably a full refund or at the very least follow up work to address the peeling paint.

    Customer contacted me today and told me that if someone did not contact her by this Friday she would contact BBB and CBS via a family member who worked there.  I told her I would talk to ***** and get back to her no later than tomorrow.

    We were made aware of her issue by another franchisee whom she contacted.  They sent us an email July 22, 2022.  *****, the owner, went to the house the following week. ***** noticed some peeling paint on the siding that had not been replaced.  He told her that was the primary cause of the peeling.  

    He did not tell her someone would be out in two-three weeks as she states.  There was an addition being built on the house.  ***** told her to call him when the addition was completed and we would come back to take care of it.

    She has not contacted us until today.  We had every intent to return to the house once she contacted us that the addition was done.
