In April of this year (2023) B&R Fournier Construction provided a proposal to replace three skylights which I accepted sending them a deposit of $1,200. I was given the impression by Ray Fournier that the project would be done in a few weeks on a Saturday. Its now December, eight months later, and I have not received a single communication from them. My emails have gone unanswered including one I sent earlier this month requesting they return my deposit.

On 7/14/21 and 7/16/21, I paid B&R Fournier $21,000 to install a new roof on a rental property I own. The roof came with a two-year warranty. Unfortunately, my new roof leaks and I cant get B&R Fournier to fix it.By November of 2021, my property manager was noticing evidence of a leakthere were water stains on the ceiling in the top floor back hallway. He used a used a meter to take moisture readings, which registered the water damage as recent (11/15/21). The next day, the property manager contacted B&R Fournier to let them know about the leak. No response. The property manager tried emailing B&R Fournier a number of times (11/17/21, 12/13/21, 2/9/22). During the same time period he called B&R Fournier twice and then called two more times (2/21/22 and 3/15/22).Finally, on 3/16/22, ****** Fournier called the property manager and told him someone from B&R Fournier would stop by. The following Monday (3/21/22) Ray Fournier came, looked at the water damage, and went up into the attic to examine the leak. He said he would return in day or two to get up on the roof to investigate further. No one ever showed up.On 10/11/22, I emailed B&R Fournier to ask if someone could come out and look at the leak. No response. On 10/20/22, I emailed B&R Fournier again. Ray Fournier emailed me that they would send someone out Monday 10/24/22 or Tuesday 10/25/22. They never showed up.After that, we tried contacting B&R Fournier four times (11/2/22, 11/3, 11/14/22, 12/15/22). They never responded. I would have filed a complaint sooner but B&R Fournier initially indicated they were willing to fix the problem.

Met with owner of property on saturday, Jan. 28,  Inspected roof and area around chimney where leak appears to be coming from,

found the condition of the chimney in poor conditi on and requires repointing , and water sealing along with a metal chimney cap needing  to be installed.

took photos of the roofing and flashing around the chimney for the owner to see it was all in good condition and not the problem. also showed photos of the chimney showing the deficiencies ,

    The owner was in agreement,

He will get estimates to repair his chimney.
