    He installed a wood floor and did not complete the job. In addition, when he saw there was a problem with the shading on part of the floor, he did not stop but instead put more poly on it. Now the floor is permanently ruined. When it was brought to his attention, he tried to charge me more to remove his mistake. Furthermore, he did not properly put the poly on so there are areas that are now left unfinished and unprotected. In addition, there are several areas that have deep gouges in the wood. Most troubling is that he broke my brand new door with his machine and then tried to cover it up and hide it. Do not do business with this company unless you want to be taken advantage of.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  This business is a scam and should be shut down.
