    I rented a room so I can leave my car there so they can take me to the airport and pick me up. They were hour late taking me to the airport the drive didn't show up on time. When I got back I call them told them were I was were the card they gave me told me were to meet them they said they will be there in 5 mins I waited 15 mins called them back they said they were coming so I waited called back half hour later they said I was not there I told them were I was they said they would be there 45 mins went by it was hot I was sweating and tired from flying all morning called back they said they sent someone and I was not there then hung up on me I tried to call back they didn't answer the phone so I started to cry didn't know how I was going to my car so a lady helped me her hotel place got there to pick her up so she called for me they told I needed to go to different place so she showed were I need to go so I did waited another half hour called them they didn't answer again so I started to look for a cab to take me after being out in the hot weather for 2 hrs I got a Uber driver to take me to my car had to pay for that out of my pocket when I got there they said they saw me on the camera on the bus I said why didn't you stop he didn't answer me I got my keys and left the hotel was not a great place to stay either the cable didn't work the ice machine didn't work the coffee machine didn't work either not a good place at all

    Called when we arrived from an international 30 minutes earlier that the expected time of arrival for shuttle service. Waited 2 1/2 hrs outside and called them 5 x to see what their hold up was. Each time they told us a shuttle was on its way. At one point, a Rodeway shuttle came by and I hailed them down. They wouldnt take us because they were full. Finally s state policeman who working out there the entire time advised us to get a taxi to retrieve our car. We did that. The workers at Rodeway were passive aggressive, and offered no help whatsoever. We booked them through WAY.com. I also called WAY and made a complaint.
