    I hired this company for a two hour move and during the move, I had two ******** switches on with their screen off running animal crossing as well as ******* Galaxy Pro Earbuds on the floor. While they were in my room unsupervised, they took the two game cartridges out of the switches, causing my TwitchBot to send a notification saying the connection was disrupted. It happened at 8:57 AM while they were the only ones in the room, and they left the game cartridge slots open. I never take the game out or open the cartridge. My headphones were on my laptop next to them, and they pushed my laptop over and took the headphones as well.The two games were originally $60 each and the headphones normally for $229 - the move was $510. I don't think ******* is at fault - when I called he wasn't familiar with the ******** Switch and was very confused. There were two younger people with him who were in the room to grab a table unsupervised and I think that's when it happened.

    On August 29,2022 we were moving Varum from ********** ************************ to ******************************************** from a third floor walk up to an ***************** plus stairs.
    We had items outside in back of house and tv coffee table and bed upstairs we showed up with four men and only charged for three men, after the off load of contents we closed the doors and left. Mr ***** said Im missing my Switch animal crossing games. He claimed 2 of the games were taken out of ******** switch company console & they were taken at 8:57am plus an air pod pro buds were also missing. 
    ***** said to me on the phone your guys stole it so he went on social media ******** and bash Movers On The Go then he called the police & complained about this matter to BBB.
    We do not have these games or air pod bud
    I personally checked my employees bags to check if they have the items. Did not find anything.
