      We had the unimaginable happen to a parent, we lost our son. We went to Custom Monument based on someones recommendation. The stone was supposed to be in by early spring. This business has given us excuse after excuse why it is not ready. This is for my sons grave site and would think a business be more sensitive to this matter. They have never reached out to us, we have had to contact them numerous times to try get a response and all they can say is nope not in yet. We are now asking for a refund so that we can go to a reputable business and get the stone for my son. We have not had any response on the refund request. A business that sells a product to people that have lost a loved one should be reputable. This matter has given us much pain and suffering. We have not begun any legal action at this time but appears we will need to do that so we can rectify this issue. This has been close to a year. Thanks to the attention to this matter - from a grieving mother and father
