    ZERO STARS!!! On August 9, 2024, Mr. ********************** visited my residence to perform an annual furnace maintenance. He was on-site for one hour (which we agreed to pay the ****** per hour) During this time he was complaining about his family issues (I will leave out names and details)Shortly after his departure, I went to the basement and discovered water on the floor near the system. I promptly contacted ********************************** to report the issue, and I was informed that he would return to address the situation.Upon returning, Mr. ********************** acknowledged that he had opened a valve and apologized for not informing me. He also stated that the ***** needed to be replaced. However, this claim was later proven to be inaccurate after a second opinion.A few days later, I received an invoice from **********************************. To my surprise, the charges were incorrect. The invoice billed us for a three hour visit, included charges for an additional service that was neither discussed nor authorized, and also charged us for the leak that resulted from Mr. **********************'s own actions during his initial visit.Since then, we have made multiple attempts to contact Mr. ********************** directly, my one and only phone conversation with him he was hostile, rude and hung up on me unwilling to resolve the issue. Despite repeated phone calls to his office, we have been unable to speak with him or receive a return call. Although we have spoken with various staff members, the issue remains unresolved.Additionally, I have spoken with *********, the billing representative, on several occasions in an effort to rectify the matter. Unfortunately, she has stated that Mr. ********************** is unwilling to resolve the dispute and intends to pursue the matter in court.Note that Mr. ********************** has been to small claims count over 100 times!

    Do yourself a favor and find a different plumber. There are many who will give you a free estimate. This company does not. Charged me $150 to tell me they couldn't fix my bathroom faucet. I bought a new one, had them come back out to replace it, and they charged me almost $1000. Talked to ******* Hoadley about how that happened and he said that since it was a pedestal sink, it's kind of a big job. It took two guys five hours to replace it and they trashed the rug on the landing outside the bathroom. They didn't think it would be thoughtful to maybe take your shoes off or cover the rug. That cost me $180 to clean after they were done. ******* tried to tell me that it was a 3x5 throw rug without ever seeing it. As other reviewers have said, they know plumbers are hard to find and so they are charging ridiculous amounts and could care less about their customers. They think they have a endless supply.
