    Hello, I (************************* - *******) was scheduled to undergo a stress test today at 3pm. Upon arrival to the 7th floor (******* building) cardiology department for stress testing, I experienced the worst treatment that I've endured since choosing BIDMC to seek medical care; a decision that I sincerely regret. I entered the facility ON TIME, but had to wait in line in the waiting to go through the check-in procedure. I had to wait for ******************************************************************** The woman (light skin complexion, long black hair, medalion necklace (pulmonary sleep front desk personnel) checked me in at 3:15; she then directed me to the waiting room for stress testing. While I was in the waiting room, I encountered a nurse that told me I missed the 15 minute cut off time; apparently, knowing math is not a requirement to being cardiac nurse while employed with BIDMC. She then told me to reschedule for another day. I THEN HAD TO WAIT IN LINE FOR 20+ MINUTES TO RESHEDULE, TO WHERE I WAS ALMOST ACCIDENTALLY SCHEDULED FOR AN ECHO INSTEAD OF A STRESS TEST. This is clearly not my fault; I drove for an hour from bridgewater, deal with this sorry excuse for medical care, make it within the cut off time, still denied service and have to drive back ALMOST THREE HOURS BACK HOME; in addition to paying for parking just to stand in line, and see these so-called medical professionals, make a terrible mockery of the practice. This is a terrible, subpar, pathetic excuse for patient care and I was this sent to the highest chain; I want retribution for this; I took the day off of work, left my two month old in the care of someone else just to be denied medical care. I should have every intention seek medical care from elsewhere. BIDMC, you should do better when vetting these ***************************". unapologetically,*************************
