    The original date of contract was June 25, 2024. The contract was for a basement remodel including bathroom remodel and bar area. The work is not near done as of today. All that is done is the walls and some electrical. We continue to be in constant contact with ****** *****, the contractor, about why the work is not being finished. He always says that they will be there tomorrow, something came up, etc. My husband and I have texts dating back months. We have paid $8000 so far and they just will not come and finish the work. All we want is the work to be finished quickly as we are in need of the space. We would like help to encourage them to finish the job.
