It's embarrassing that a company like this is allowed to continue working. Horrible communicators, extremely unprofessional, and outright liars. In 2022, my mother hired them to renovate her bathroom, emphasizing the importance that it be well-planned and completed quickly, because it was the only bathroom in the house and she couldn't afford to live elsewhere for too long. This would have been evident just by visiting the house, but I can verify how much this was conveyed. What was agreed to be a job that would take less than a month turned into a demolition day and no activity or updates for well over two months. Whenever she attempted to contact them, they gaslit her, telling her that she was desperate and they were doing her a favor by accepting the job at all. The job was started in the early Fall and wasn't completed until a few days before Christmas. She had to live there with a porta potty for months because she couldn't afford to keep living elsewhere, and spent the entire season without a shower in her home. They only begrudgingly agreed to finish it by Christmas because of how frequently she called them. When I came to stay right before Christmas, the bathroom had finally been nearly finished. Their last job was installing her laundry machines. They told her she was all set and went on their way. However, they didn't remove any of the shipping bolts stopping the spinning drum from moving, and the first time she used the washer, it nearly put a hole in the brand new wall. I ended up having to troubleshoot and remove them myself, but the new washer was already damaged. It still shakes the entire house whenever it's used. When she informed them, they just told her to buy a foam mat for it.I worked under a ********* for a few years and renovated many bathrooms, and I can confidently say that it's not hard to find better options in this area. The professionalism with this company is nonexistent, don't give them your business.
