      Hello, ****************** ***** (Handy Hands Company) completed work on my house in December 2019 and gave me a 5-year guarantee/warranty, (ending next year 12/2024) however after about 3 to 6 months the vinyl siding started to melt, and come off of the house, and the porch railings were frail and shaking. Whenever there was heavy rain or a storm you would hear the trimmings fall off of the house, vinyl siding stripping off of the house. Contacted Mr. ***** many times through text, and each time he stated he would come back to correct the issue. Sent him many pictures of his work falling apart. A lot of things went wrong with the whole setup, work did not start on time he didnt complete the work by the deadline that he had given, and each day a different person would be here working. My heating system had to be replaced because his guy used water from the tank to work with (Mr. ***** had to pay for it). I kept texting him and he would say that he would schedule something and never did. It got to a point where I just texted him regularly because I felt as though he was ignoring me and wanting me to give up on asking him to correct the job he had done. I have texts from 2020 through 2022. After many unsuccessful attempts, I got Legal ******* involved they sent Mr. ***** a letter to correct the issues. Mr. ***** came 1 time to pretend to correct the issues and never came back. I feel he took advantage of me being a woman and just kept putting me off. It was hard gathering the money to pay for the repairs and for it to only fall apart 3 to 6 months later. This attempt is to see if this work can be completed as I have already paid my hard-earned money and should not have to pay someone else to do the job, I am not inclined to believe that he will come and complete the job as he had already promised once to come and do that job. I am looking for a solution. I thank you in advance for considering my request.

      HandyHands Co **************************************************************** Hello BBB,I hired **** ***** of The HandyHands Construction Company in September of 2021 to fix damages on the three back porches of my house. For the most part they finish the job and was pleased with their work.However, six months after the work was finished, I noticed that the trim around the third floor back porch was missing. I notified Mr. **** ***** in May 2022 by email then by phone. He informed me he will put me on the schedule. I received at text from Mr. ***** that he will come on August 31, 2022. He never showed up or communicated that he was not going to come to my house. I texted Mr. ***** and he texted back excusing for the scheduling conflicts.He will pickup the schedule after Labor Day. I texted Mr. ***** on September 12, 2022 to ask if he had a day as to when he will come fix my porch. He texted me on September 13, 2022 and said he will put in a 12 noon to 4pm slot for September 21, 2022. Mr. ***** never showed up nor did he communicate that he was not going to show up.Subsequently, this letter is to complain that I am unhappy about the run around service I am receiving from Mr. **** *****. I paid him for a service the he needs to complete. What are my next steps to getting Mr.***** to finish my back porch?Thank you, *************************
