    In September 2023, we hired Diamond Masonry & Construction to install an outdoor French drain system along our home foundation to stop water coming into our basement. During digging, issues were found with the old foundation, and they recommended reinforcing the old foundation to solve the water problem in addition to installing a French drain system. We agreed on the additional work and the total cost of the whole project ended up being ******. This included reinforcing the foundation with hydraulic cement, fixing any cracks along the foundation both above and below the ground, and installing a French drain system along the foundation. They started the project on September 5th and finished the job on September 8th. We paid them in full on September 8th using checks. They guaranteed their work with a lifetime warranty (transferable to new owners in case we sell the house). As they were leaving our house on September 8th, I noticed that a couple of big cracks on one side of our foundation wall were left unrepaired. Their onsite supervisor *****, acknowledged the issue and said they will come back early next week to finish the job and that the lifetime warranty certificate will be mailed next week as well. However, since then I have contacted them 10 times via phone. ****, their customer service representative keeps telling me next week they will come to finish the job and mail the certificate. It was been 2 and half months they have yet to come back to finish the job or mail the lifetime warranty certificate.We want them to come finish the job and give us the lifetime warranty certificate as a proof of their work.
