      The support I have been receiving from NACA in my homebuying journey has been amazing. NACA process is transparent, easy to understand and my Counselor ***** **** is so professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions and his explanations are awesome. If you are looking to buy a house don't stress yourself with the daunting tasks just reach out to NACA and all your worries and fears will dissipate into thin air.

      This is arguably one of the best programs there is for first time homebuyers. They make sure to set u up for success and guide you through the process. One thing to keep in mind is that you are going to be responsible for submitting a lot of paperwork and other information including looking at your spending and making sure your spending habits habits show that you are financially responsible to take over such a big responsibility. I would recommend anyone that has a dream to buy a home in less than a year to a few years down the line. They are who they say the are, but be prepared to have all your ducks in a row or be willing to be patient with the process!

      I? in the beginning stages of my home buying process. I was introduced to Naca a couple of years ago and recently decided to move forward, especially due to the no cost incentives. You will need to commit and obtain a membership with the program before beginning the home buying process. My mortgage counselor is very informative and accessible. I am happy to have been paired with her and look forward to her continued guidance! Peace and blessings

      Poor customer service. This usually happens with people who refuse to understand their product well and therefore become combative when confronted with questions for clarification. Use them only if you are desperate.

      We are sorry to hear that your experience did not go well. However, the product explains itself & we provide resources, workshops to educates our members on the NACA products. Every Department carries a roll & receive training. Members are advised that the counselor assigned is the point of contact as h/she is the one that oversee your file & provide comprehensive counseling. We offer our National Line as a point of contact when our member does not receive customer satisfaction. We hope that you will move forward while understanding the decision of choice

      Reviews are FORCED prior to even going through the process. Proceed with caution and take what you read with a grain of salt. They do NOT move quickly, talk down to you like you are dumb when you have questions, getting a response from your counselor is a joke. They tell you one thing and then switch it up without explanation and make the process more difficult than it needs to be. Somehow they figured my debt is 90k when all i have is my car loan but couldnt explain why. Forced me to gather everything from my husbands income, told me we were good and then once again flipped the script and said nope, we cant use it. after MANY months of attempting to complete the process with NACA I threw in the towel when they went from telling me I could afford $2800 down to $1900 and expected me to find a home for my family with that, it would allow for about 250k on a home which is impossible in **. My AGENT worked my file, got us approved within 2 days and we were out shopping. Within a month we were under contract and are now moved in, with a BETTER rate than NACA could get us as well. Dont even bother with them, they are a joke all around.

      I had my first counseling session with Ms. ***** *. And I dont even know where to begin on bragging on how sweet and phenomenal she is. She covered everything and more, she went above and beyond from detail to detail on whats needed and what would be the best way to upload things so that I dont encounter the same problem. If youre even in need or would like to start the process I say shes a go to.

      I heard about NACA through a coworker and so far my experience has been super educational and helpful. I am going through the steps to become a home owner while also learning a lot about my spending habits and how to manage my finances. My counselor has been amazing so far.Thank you NACA

      I am qualified with NACA, I found a home and the seller accepted my offer. NACA is helping me with the bank application process and all the details that go along with that, so far so good, can't wait to close and to be in my new home
