    I cannot recommend Evan strongly enough. We have been using his services for decades, from foundation excavation to drainage trenches. He is honest, dependable, knowledgeable and does high-quality work. I have honestly never seen an equipment operator run a piece of machinery with such ease and precision as Evan does. If you want a job done right, consider Evan and Starbard Construction. You won't regret it.

    We recently had a water leak in our basement in the main water line. Like any homeowner would do, we contacted our plumber, who recommended we call Evan to replace the line (unfortunately, repair wasn’t an option). Evan came out to see us that same day and assured us he could replace the line. Work started within days and as luck would have it, we ran into a problem. Rather than simply replacing the water line, it had to be moved, requiring much more extensive work than anyone anticipated. Evan and his team came up with a plan to move the line, and still had it done that same day. We highly recommend Evan for any job you need to have done; he’s responsive, reliable and very meticulous with his work.************************
