  Most unprofessional people you will ever deal with. They dont care about their employees. They dont care about AAA members. This business should be shut down permanently and ASAP

  My inlaws had their ** towed to our property, I instructed the driver that it should be parked on the front lawn. I have two small children so told him if he has questions to knock on the door. When I went to check on him i found that he had taken off after parking the ** right up against a road with significant traffic, and with the door opening literally onto the road. No one in their right mind could think this makes sense, and our neighbors are now complaining. When I asked Allwayz to come out and help repark it, I explained the situation and even told them that although I thought they should cover this under the circumstances, I would pay a nominal fee. The woman that answered the phones was argumentative and dismissive, and when transferred to a manager or owner, he said no problem for $150.00. When I suggested that this was less than fair, he said hold on, Im getting another call and it turns out we have no time for you.I made an effort to be courteous and fair, I got a shockingly rude, discourteous and selfish response which, was condoned by management. This place is the type that gives other tow companies a bad reputation. Run any other direction.

  ****** and ***** from All Wayz went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down 2.5 hours from home. No other company would help me due to the length of the tow, but when ****** explained to ***** what was happening he took the call. They are an amazing team that helped me when I was truly in need. My car is low which makes getting on and off the flat bed difficult but ***** took his time and showed a high level of expertise and pride in his work! I highly reccomend All ***************
