    Hired Top Tier in November of 2023 to perform chimney and foundation work. Work was not performed as agreed to (chimney insert not installed although they stated it was done), skim coat of concrete and application of waterproofing over basement walls and floors to prevent water (concrete cracked within weeks, waterproofing ineffective or not applied at all), foundation work was shoddy and unprofessional (wood debris and concrete debris left in trench), etc. I have filed a police report and a Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) complaint with the ************* ************************************************** (*****). Overcharged for the work completed (tens of thousands of $). Top Tier walked off the job without finishing and threatened physical violence toward another contractor on-site. Advertising is false and misleading, photographs are borrowed from other companies and reviews appear to be fake.

    I hired a contractor through Thumbtack referral service and they worked on foundation to complete French drain and seal foundation, as well as add waterproofing, After the first rainstorm water seeping in to corner of house and contractor not returning my calls or text or voicemail, since December 11, 2023. I went to the location of the licensed contractor associated with the business *****************************, and he has not been located at that address for over two years. No French drain was ever installed. He basically poured some concrete in the hole and filled it up. They did not apply waterproofing as I was told. You have to wait several days before you waterproof over recently poured concrete. They did all the masonry work in six hours.
