      In spite of several complaints, this company refuses to resolve the issue of the restroom. Their restroom requires a code to enter, but nobody knows what the code is, and it's not stated anywhere in the facility. I have seen customers trying to get into the restroom several times, but unable to. I once witnessed a customer urinating outside on the wall, because he couldn't get into the restroom. Why do they have a restroom, since it is impossible to use? I once called the phone number to the company for the code, but got an answering machine. Also, their vending machine for soap and snacks says that items are $1. and up, but the prices are not listed for the items, nor does it state anywhere which items are $1. and which are up. I had to buy soap, with no idea how much the item cost. This business is run poorly and needs work.
