    Plumber Theriault installed new Laars furnace. Within first month was not working properly. Over last two years furnace has not been reliable and it also creates hot water. There is a Section 8 tenant in the apartment. She often called him the first winter and he would come and repair and adjust. The second year he didn't respond to her texts in timely enough for her so I called another plumber who also has not been able to get this furnace to be reliable. I have contacted the manufacturer who also is giving the new plumber a lack of response or guidance. Plumber Theriault came on 9/15 of this year and said he would get it resolved in a week. He will not and has not responded to my texts since. I also asked him for the distributor so I can also contact them and plumber Theriault has not responded. This furnace was either improperly installed or is faulty from the beginning. I need a resolution as winter is approaching. Thank you for your help.
