      I ordered the menopause supplement from this company multiple times. To minimize shipping costs, I ordered four bottles. I suddenly started receiving auto-shipments of 4 bottles (similar to another complaint that I read). I called to cancel future auto-shipments, they assured me that I would receive NO future auto-shipments. A few weeks later, I received another auto-shipment of 4 bottles. When I called them to complain again, they stated that it was because I had previously used two different email addresses to do business with them. As a result, they refuse to honor the commitment that they made to me, but rather said that I could return the additional product at my own shipping cost and with a 20% restocking fee, as if they had never made the commitment that I would no receive any more auto-shipped product. I am simply asking that they keep their word to me, but despite repeated requests, they continue to act as if I am simply asking to return a product that I intended to order. I told them that I am completely willing to return the 4 additional bottles if they simply provide a paid shipping label and a commitment to make a full refund.

      Customer placed two auto-ship orders online under two separate email addresses.

       She called about the first one, under a ******* email address back in Feb,2024, requesting that it be suspended. This order was immediately suspended and she was left a voicemail informing her it was done. She did not request a refund or ask to return it.

      On May 7, she called to say she had received another 4 bottles and wanted to return them for a full refund. That's when we discovered she had made a different auto-ship purchase under a Gmail address. That one was also immediately suspended, and we attempted to explain what happened, along with our return procedure to get her refund. She initially maintained that she would not return the bottles unless we sent her a pre-paid envelope. When I explained that was not possible, she hung up and I emailed her our return policy in detail.


      After some email exchange, we offered her the following choice...to keep the product and be refunded 25% of it, ($35.75 but we rounded it up to $40)....OR... to send the product back via our instructions and we would waive the restocking fee. She elected to keep the product and be refunded 40%.
