      Kearney HVAC was used to service both of my boilers last year. My heat was extremely costly to run last year and also did not keep house very warm. As it was my first year in the house I thought it was just the cards I was dealt. Last week, Nov 2023 I was made aware that my 2nd floor heat (someone rents) did not work and he used a space heater last year to warm the floor. I called Kearney about this and they got a service technician to my house is less than a week which was great on their part. The service technician told us that there was no problem with the radiator upstairs as we thought, it was just that the water supply to the boiler was turned off and the water after pressure was unable to reach that far. I called the company, simply looking for an apology. The owner **** was extremely hostile and rude. Telling me maybe if I replaced the system like they recommended I wouldnt be having problems. They did recommend a replacement, but not for this particular system. He also gave me reasons why they turn off the water but admitted zero fault. I am really disappointed with how I was treated and how argumentative he was. At that point I would have dropped it with an apology. Him nor his assistant were any bit sincere. He also stated my dog attacked his technician but he wasnt reaching out to me about that was he. He was completely unprofessional. My dog did lunge/bark at him from across the room, on a leash. He was not within 5feet of him for the duration of about 2 hours he spent at my house. After these two hours spent, there are still problems with the system. Money spent I would have to locate but between both years i believe around $800

      Hello,

      I would be more then happy to refund the money. ************** did not turn the water off last year as accsued. I was by no means hostile or rude. I simply explained what my technician found and offered to resolve the issue in any matter acceptable.If last winter you had heat issues all winter and never let us know Im not sure how we could possibly fix it. Why was there never a call placed during that enitre heating system to let us know there was an issue. We stand by our work and would have been happy to rectify the problem. We cannot fix a problem were not aware of.
