    Never could identify what the problem was with our air-conditioning. We were I'll at the time and trusted them to identify what needed to be done and do t he work. They said the owner would get back to us but never did after several attempts to contact them we had to call another ** who knew immediately what was wrong. High Efficiency then proceeded to charge us for work did not fix the problem.
