    I think these people will hurt you more than help. *** would not talk to me by text or phone when I asked to cancel. Then he allowed more money to be withdrawn from my account. This caused my rent payment to be declined when withdrawing from my bank. I am unable to talk to anyone. The customer service number tries to set me up with a new application and forwards my complaint to a ************** doesn't return my call. This has been going on for 68 days. BBB says they have no financial license. They owe me $1050. Another name they use is Franklin ******** Beware!!

    I have over 187 emails to their support team 100s of calls and I get every excuse under the sun from these folks. They were supposed to help me with debt settlement but stole from me I just want my money back

    So far, I've called them on 5/16 and they said they would call me back. But so far they haven't! How can I get out of this contract?
