    I bought a product from Forminhas Boston yesterday (09/07) at 2:01 am, I clicked by mistake order confirmation. Their system auto filled in my old address, as I clicked by mistake, I didnt have time to check if all information was right.In their order confirmation email they informed: For address corrections, order cancelations, or other changes, please contact us immediately at ******************, so I sent an email 2:09 am (that is just 8 minutes after the order confirmation) asking to cancel the order explaining that the address is wrong, it is not the one I filled in in their system. They didnt cancel my order, they sent it to the wrong address and now they say it is my mistake and not theirs, since Applepay auto filled in the old address. What is the purpose of the information: For address corrections, order cancelations, or other changes, please contact us immediately at ****************** if they will send the product before reading the email? So it is my mistake they didnt read an email asking to cancel the order? There is no option to cancel or make any corrections in their website and no telephones to call so only way was through email. I just want my money back since it is not my fault and I followed all the instructions set by them.Obs: My email in attached asking to cancel the order is in Portuguese because I knew their company through Brazilian FB group so I knew the owner is Brazilian, their reply to me are all in Portuguese.

    Customer sent email at 2:08 am and our hours of operation starts at 10 am to 6 pm . Order was packed and out the door at 10:05 am ( it was one item ) order was shipped to the address provided by the CUSTOMER . Customer will be refunded if and when the box arrives to us and in the perfect condition it left our store . Customer will be refunded 70% of the product bought since we have a 30 % restocking fee. Please note customer continues to harass our business through ******** groups and legal action can and will be taken in consideration if harassment and defamation continues .Customer will get an email when order is refunded ( 70 % of product only )
