    Beware of Fraud As a real estate agent selling a property in ****** (2024), I have encountered a troubling situation regarding CRN Plumbing and Heating, the company that installed the furnace for the sellers in 2019. We discovered that they never finalized the permit they applied for with the city of *******I contacted the owner of the company, *** *****, to address this issue. He dispatched one of his plumbers to the property. During the first visit, the plumber assessed the installation. On the second visit, he removed the cover of the heating system, severed an exhaust pipe, cut the gas line, and left without completing the work. He claimed these actions were necessary for a final inspection and stated he would return with a town inspector. This was an act of fraud. It appears he intentionally damaged the system to conceal the fact that this company had installed the furnace incorrectlyupside down.Fortunately, I have gathered substantial evidence against this individual, including photographs of the serial number and the system's condition prior to the damage.We plan to report this incident to the police, the Department of Licensing, the city of ******, and the town of ****** regarding this company and the apparent burglary.Additionally, I discovered that there are approximately 20 open permits in the city of ****** that this company has failed to close.When I inquired with *** ***** about the identity of the plumber he sent, he abruptly hung up. This behavior is absolutely illegal.Please remain vigilant!!
