    on 10/21 I was considering buying a bag from this company. Before doing so I wanted to understand how it works. I went to their website to start filling out the form to figure out what information they needed and how much it costs etc. Their e-commerce design was non standard and confused me. I ended up accidentally completing the purchase when I didn't mean to. I immediately started trying to cancel. There was no obvious way to cancel. So I called them. I got no answer. Then I tried emailing them. I never received a reply. I emailed again a few days later and again received no reply. I have called and emailed a few times since then. Never got hold of human being to resolve my issue. So here I am.

    We prepaid for this service (junk removal) and they will not remove the dumpster bag after 3 phone calls. When I email them I get unprofessional responses that make me question the legitimacy of this business.
