    Peter Hickman Roofing is great! His team has helped us with several roofing repairs and gutter installations. He is quick to respond and quick to send his team to the job site with all the right materials ready to go. I really appreciate how timely he is in getting the work done right away. I would definitely recommend Peter Hickman.

    ********************** Construction, LLC completed installing a new roof on Oct 10, 2023 at our home, when the final invoice was submitted and paid. In early 2024, we notice water spots forming in our master bathroom. On Feb 17, 2024, I contacted Mr. ********************** about the matter. On Feb 22, 2024 he sent a crew out to examine the issue. They determined that they did not seal the area on the roof around the bathroom exhaust pipe. They fixed the issue on the outside. On Feb 27, 2024, Mr. ********************** confirmed I should go ahead and get a painter to repair the ceiling in my bathroom. I submitted the $350 invoice to Mr. ********************** on May 8th, 2024. On that day, Mr. ********************** confirmed he would send a check. I informed Mr. ********************** on May 31, 2024 that I still had not received the check. On the same day, Mr. ********************** said the check was in the mail. I have not received a check as of this writing, and have contacted Mr. ********************** on June 7th, June 11th, and June 24th about the status of the check but he has not responded. The reimbursement remains outstanding despite Mr. **********************'s assurance that it would be paid.
