      would not re**mmend this **mpany. I paid over 30k for design/cabinetry for our kitchen and mud room and there were numerous mistakes made and no effort to date to refund or **mpensate us for all the extra time, labor and materials required to fix Despite the admission on the owners behalf that there were significant issues with their work(his son was our designer) weve received no **mpensation to date and weve reached out multiple times. I will **ntinue to reach out to try and resolve our disagreement. There was a measurement error made with the microwave that required some additional work. They did send someone but it literally took weeks of me hounding the handyman and in the end I got a hand painted piece of trim to **ver up their mistake in measurement. They signed off on all the appliances, so there is really no excuse despite the owner saying sometimes things go wrong. Thats very true but in this case there were so many issues and I certainly would not support anyone I know using this **mpany going forward. Ill detail below:1. Mudroom cabinets were supposed to be 33, came in at 36 and had to wait additional time for new cabinets to be made to adjust the layout 2. Mudroom cabinets siding was not finished **rrectly and had to order an additional panel to fix it 3 Cabinetry on lower cabinets measured 170 when we only had 167 worth of space, had to order a special cabinet to ac**mmodate the error that wasnt the size we wanted 4. Ordered crown mouldings and foors should have been held back 1 to ac**modate moulding, this was an error in the fabrication. Had to buy entirely new moulding with no refund or **mpensation.5. Designer ended the **unter on an appliance with factoring in support for **untertop. Had to pay time, labor and materials for handyman to **

      I have spoken to  ******* and we have come to an understanding concerning her returning some molding which I will issue her a refund on.   I offered to have our delivery people pick up the material but she said she would return it .

      She stated that this would be acceptable and  she would  " consider the matter closed. "
