      DECEITFUL!!! The business claims to have a difficult to find pottery glaze, with 20 bottles of it on-hand, but requires a minimum order of nearly $60 in order for you to buy it and have it shipped. I purchased 1 bottle of this glaze and then chose 2 others PURELY to meet their ridiculous minimum order. The order shipped 5 DAYS later, with an announcement that the Running Hot Chowder glaze is on backorder and my card was not charged for it but it was for the rest of the order which is now on its way. They did not reach out to alert me to their scam and ask if I wanted the rest of the order, they did not make ANY attempt to explain WHY they deceived their customers stating they had the glaze in stock. So apparently they are choosing to LIE on their website to get sales and quite frankly this deceitful practice is DISGUSTING. I will be RETURNING the rest of the order and letting EVERYONE know how DISHONEST they are.

      They sell garbage then keep your money! They sold me $100 gallon of glaze that had been frozen and looked to be several years old. I have tried to call EVERY NUMBER on their automated system but not one single person will return my call. I have sent multiple emails and even got a ******** account to address them there and it's like a ghost town. ZERO RESPONSE!!!! I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and now all of a sudden nothing. I'm getting with my bank today to see if I can reverse charges on this *********'s been weeks with no response what so ever. BAD BUISSNESS

      This company is a scam! STOLE MY MONEY! They sell you a product they do not provide any instructions or customer service on and then when you ask them for help, they shirk ALL responsibility onto the manufacturer of the item you bought..... But they keep your money. Absolutely terrible "customer service" reps. Just attitude, attitude, attitude and no help. They do not allude to any of this on their site when you buy products. If I knew the manufacturer would be sending it directly to me, I would have never given them business. They clearly know this and lie, by hiding this fact. They are the epitome of the unnecessary middle man who only serves to increase the price of the product but provide NOTHING of value in return to the customer.
